What we do

Meeting what the body holds.

The Breathing Organization is the global home for Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR). FBR is a technique combining breath and bodywork to promote a deeper connection to the body and greater awareness of functional breathing mechanics.

We work with the body's own intelligence. By observing your breathing, listening through touch and responding to what unfolds, a trained facilitator helps you safely explore and shift patterns held in the body. We provide:

01

A space to slow down and reconnect with yourself through breath

02

Trained facilitators to guide your process through touch, sound, and presence. Always in person.

03

A practice that deepens over time. Connecting you to a place within yourself to return to.

Who we are

A community built around the breath.

What began as a carefully curated offering in Bali has grown into a living lineage of facilitators. As more practitioners trained and brought the work to their own communities, the network of FBR facilitators evolved from gathering in a single space into a global network.

We come together in circle, finding each other in breath as a basis for deep, shared spaces where it is possible to meet what lives beneath the surface.

Through training and research we are continuously evolving. Deepening the experience and understanding of how we breathe, and how it shapes the way we live.
