The TBO community gathered in breathwork circle

The Community

A global community of practice.

Driven by the motivation to help people reconnect.

Who we are

Humans helping humans reconnect with themselves and the world around them.

We are a network of certified practitioners, trained in the same lineage, each holding our own hubs and communities. We share a deep commitment to Facilitated Breath Repatterning and the care this practice requires. Every facilitator in our network has gone through the same rigorous training path, and continues to deepen their work through ongoing practice and mentorship.

What holds us together is a shared understanding of the work, a commitment to quality, safety and the lived experience of what opens up when this practice is held well.

Some things are easier to explore in community. Every Friday, we gather in Cronulla for a small-group Facilitated Breath Repatterning (FBR) circle. A space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in whatever you're bringing.

How it began

A bamboo shala, the breath, and a handful of people.

What is now a global community began in 2019 with a single offering in Bali. A carefully curated practice, passed from teacher to students who felt called to carry it forward. The teachings spread the way things spread when something is real: person to person, breath to breath.

Over the years it has grown to multiple locations, each holding the work with the care it requires. Not a franchise, but a living lineage. Each hub emerged organically, established by practitioners who trained deeply and then brought this work home.

Training

Becoming a facilitator.

This practice is transmitted in person. Not through a curriculum alone, but through the accumulation of hours in rooms where something real is happening. The lineage matters. What we transmit cannot be fully written down.

This path asks something real of you. Curiosity, vulnerability, dedication, and a willingness to show up. Again and again, for yourself and others, to be able to hold safe spaces where real change can happen.
